Scholarly Interest:
Medical and veterinary entomology which includes both traditional livestock pest management methods and the utilization of molecular methods to study a variety of human and veterinary arthropod pests and the diseases they may transmit; effects of Lyme disease on dairy cattle and the putative role cattle play in the epizootiology of this disease; utilization of molecular methods to identify flies of forensic and veterinary importance.
